Natural-looking aesthetic medicine
Good aesthetic work is the kind people don't notice. Our aim is to soften lines, restore lost volume and improve skin quality so you look rested and fresh, not "done". Every injectable treatment at Dermaplast is assessed and performed by a doctor who understands facial anatomy, skin and safety.
Your consultation starts with what bothers you and what you want to achieve. We then recommend the fewest treatments needed, explain the expected result and cost, and only go ahead when you are comfortable.
Treatments we offer
Botox (anti-wrinkle injections)
Relaxes the muscles that cause frown lines, forehead lines and crow's feet. Results start to show in 3 to 5 days, peak at around 2 weeks and usually last 3 to 4 months. Botox can also treat excessive underarm sweating and teeth grinding.
Dermal fillers
Hyaluronic acid fillers restore volume and shape to the lips, cheeks, under-eye hollows, chin and jawline, and soften smile lines. Results are immediate and usually last 6 to 12 months or longer, depending on the area. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved if needed.
HydraFacial
A deep-cleansing, exfoliating and hydrating facial that clears pores and leaves skin bright straight away. Good before events, and as a monthly maintenance treatment.
Chemical peels
Medical-grade peels improve dullness, uneven tone, pigmentation, fine lines and acne marks. Peel strength is matched to your skin type to keep it safe for South Asian skin.
PRP facial and skin boosters
Platelet-rich plasma from your own blood, or injectable skin boosters, improve texture, glow and fine lines. A course of treatments gives the best results.
Microneedling
Stimulates collagen to improve acne scars, open pores and skin texture, often combined with PRP.
How it works
- Consultation. We discuss your concerns, check your medical history and examine your face and skin.
- Plan and quote. You receive a recommended plan, the expected result and the cost before treatment.
- Treatment. Numbing cream is used where helpful. Most treatments take under an hour.
- Review. For Botox and fillers we offer a review at 2 weeks to check the result.

Cost of aesthetic treatments in Islamabad
Prices depend on the treatment and the amount of product needed. Botox is priced by the areas treated, fillers by the number of syringes, and peels, HydraFacial and PRP by the session or course. You will always know the full cost before treatment begins.
Frequently asked questions
Will Botox make my face look frozen?
Not when the dose and placement are right. We aim to soften lines while keeping natural expression. If you are new to Botox, a lighter first treatment with a review at 2 weeks is a good way to start.
Do filler injections hurt?
Most fillers contain a local anaesthetic, and numbing cream is used beforehand, so most patients feel only mild discomfort. Lips are the most sensitive area.
Is there any downtime?
Most treatments have little or no downtime. Small bruises or swelling after injections usually settle within a few days. Stronger peels can cause peeling for several days, which we explain beforehand.
How long do the results last?
Botox usually lasts 3 to 4 months, fillers 6 to 12 months or longer depending on the area, and skin treatments such as peels and HydraFacial work best as a regular course.
Can I have treatment if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
Botox and fillers are not given during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Some gentle skin treatments may be suitable; please tell us when you book so the doctor can advise.
