Booking and appointments

How do I book an appointment?

The quickest way is to send us a WhatsApp message or call 051-8443226 during opening hours. Tell us the treatment or doctor you'd like to see, and we'll confirm a time.

What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Saturday, 11am to 7pm, and closed on Sunday. WhatsApp messages sent outside these hours are answered when we open.

How much is a consultation?

The consultation fee is Rs. 2,000. The cost of any treatment or procedure is explained and agreed before it is carried out.

Can I choose which doctor I see?

Yes. Skin, hair, laser and non-surgical aesthetic concerns are usually seen by Dr. Nousheen Rizwan (dermatologist). Surgery and hair transplant are seen by Prof. Muhammad Rizwan Aslam (plastic surgeon). If you're not sure, we'll guide you.

Can I get advice on WhatsApp before booking?

Our team can answer general questions and help you book. For a diagnosis or treatment plan, the doctor needs to see you in person. For hair transplant enquiries you can send photos for a rough estimate.

Treatments and results

How do I know which treatment is right for me?

That is what the consultation is for. The doctor will examine you, explain your options, including non-treatment options, and recommend what is likely to help most.

Do you guarantee results?

No responsible clinic can guarantee results, because every person's skin and body respond differently. We explain realistic outcomes before you decide, and review your progress after treatment.

Is there follow-up after a procedure?

Yes. You receive written aftercare instructions and review appointments as needed, and you can contact the clinic if you have concerns during recovery.
